How long will it take my order to be received once it is shipped?

• All shipments embark from our Southern California warehouse.
• Ground Shipments:  In most cases ground shipping will arrive within 7 days from shipment.  However it can take longer in some areas.
• Expedited Shipments:  Expedited shipping will almost always arrive within 3 days of shipment.
• Two Day Shipments:  This service will always arrive within 2 days from shipment.
• Package Tracking:  All shipments, regardless of method selected, are trackable using links provided in our emailed notices of shipment.

What sizes are the plates, napkins and other products you sell?

• All of our products are either paper or plastic.  The dimensions vary by manufacturer, but a nominally what we list in the product description.  Please read the information on our Sizes & Dimensions page as well.

What are your products made of?

• All of our products are made of either paper or plastic.  The exception being items made of metal (key rings, etc.) and cups / mugs described as being ceramic.
